Cancellation Policy

• Customer cancels 24 or more hours before the start: full refund.
• Customer cancels inside 24 hours: normally non-refundable.
• Host cancels at any point: full refund.
• Host doesn't show: full refund.
• Customer doesn't show: the host is normally paid.

RevSesh can override any of the above and issue a refund where circumstances warrant it.
